General assignment reporter for the nation’s fifth largest city. Produce sound-rich features and spot news. Post stories to kjzz.org. Host newscasts and serve as anchor for statewide broadcasts of KJZZ’s Morning Edition and All Things Considered. Mix stories using digital audio software.

Produced features about the 2008 presidential election for Down to the Wire, a pre-election special distributed by Public Radio International.

Associate Producer, alt.NPR’s B-Side Radio. June 2003 – present.
Co-produce monthly half-hour radio magazine. Edit stories from contributors across the country. Train new producers in sound gathering, digital audio editing and voicing techniques. Assist senior producer in coordinating contributions and in assembling show. Report long-form narrative features.
